$1,500 Sign-On Bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Measure and cut lumber and other building materials
• Assemble wood framing components (walls, floors, trusses)
• Read and follow construction/design plans
• Use hand and power tools (saws, nail/staple guns, etc.)
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Work collaboratively with your team
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in construction or carpentry preferred
• Ability to read and understand design/building plans
• Strong measurement and basic math skills
• Comfortable lifting heavy materials
• Familiar with hand and power tools
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
• Knowledge of lumber and other building materials is a plus
